Holidays are fun. Holidays are great. But holidays are even more fun with a special
centerpiece to look at!
This centerpiece is inspired by the Easter candy that everyone loves – but has no idea why – Peeps! I first found this project on Pinterest from the blog Peterson Stories. The greatest part about this centerpiece is that it only takes about 3.76423 minutes to put together, give or take a minute. You also need to have next to zero skills to put this centerpiece together. Kids, brothers, grandmas or even your dog could help! (Sidenote: I don’t really recommend the dog helping; sugar and dogs normally don’t mix well)
Step 1 – Start off with an empty clear container – use what you have! I already had this vase at homecollecting dust ready for inspiration, but I saw something very
similar at Target for around $9. I think
it is more fun to use a glass container as you can then see all the bright
spring colors, but an opaque blue, green or pink container would also do the
trick!
Step 2 – Next, pour the entire bag of jelly beans into the
bottom of the vase. Picking the jelly
beans at the store was quite stressful for me – I went with Starburst Tropical
Jelly Beans because I thought they would have the brightest colors – however, you
could really choose any jelly beans that suit your fancy!

Step 3 – Line the peeps along the outside of the container (again choosing a Peep color shouldn’t be stressful). Make sure the faces of the peeps face the outside!
Step 4 – Set the flowers in the middle of the vase. You may have to trim them depending on the height of the container you used.
It really is that simple!
Now, go! Gather your supplies,
and spend 4 minutes making this centerpiece to make your holiday even more fun
than it already was going to be!
